Carter-Mitchell Residence

Cooper Tacia was approached by the Steffen family to construct their new home outside of Fayetteville, NC. The custom design was a collaboration between Southeastern and the Owner. A few features of the 3,500 square foot home include four bedrooms, three baths, a study, an open floor plan, and a huge screened-in porch. Every detail was given the utmost attention… the coffered ceilings, built-in cabinetry, New England style casings and huge crown moldings make this home truly one of kind and very beautiful.
