Horry County’s new Central Coast Complex Building will provide residents with greater access to county services in a growing area of South Carolina.
Cooper Tacia was awarded the contract for the construction of this 43,000-SF facility, which will house three courtrooms, a police station, a Clerk of Court’s office, a Tax Appraiser’s office and a Tax Assessor’s office.
The facility will help improve police response times and provide residents with more convenient access to other county services.
