Cooper Tacia has been awarded the contract to build the Aiken Readiness Center in South Carolina for the SC National Guard. The facility will support the training and logistical needs for two National Guard units, with a focus on cybersecurity. The site is located next to the Cyber Integration Center at the University of South Carolina, creating a collaborative opportunity for learning and student mentorship.
This 33,542 or is it 43,000-SF state-of-the-art facility will include an assembly hall, a learning center, classrooms, an arms vault room, a training room, offices and administrative spaces, as well as a fitness room, restrooms, locker rooms and showers.
The Cooper Tacia team is also responsible for comprehensive site work, including grading, pacing, landscaping and utility installation.
