Steves & Sons – Utah

Cooper Tacia was entrusted with the design-build construction of an 90,000 SF warehouse expansion for Steves & Sons in Brigham City, Utah, marking the firm’s second project with this long-standing client. The new facility provides expanded inventory storage, manufacturing support areas, and associated site work including a new parking lot for truck and trailer access, loading, and deliveries.​​

The new building was an addition to an existing facility, so construction required careful sequencing to avoid disruption to ongoing operations. The project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and with no safety incidents, strengthening Steves & Sons’ operations in the western United States.
