Project Details
Cooper Tacia was contracted to perform comprehensive civil sitework for a new 15-acre development. The project scope included full surveying services, site demolition, and land clearing, followed by approximately 12,000 cubic yards of excavation, hauling, and mass grading.
Work also encompassed the construction of 7,470 square feet of retaining walls and the installation of 5,868 linear feet of storm drainage piping, including pipe sizes up to 30 inches, along with 51 associated precast concrete drainage structures. Utility installation consisted of 2,000 linear feet of 8-inch domestic and fire water piping and 2,000 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer piping. In addition, Cooper Tacia completed all civil work associated with the widening of two Department of Transportation roadways, totaling 1,350 linear feet.
