Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company, founded in 2003, is a full-service general contracting and project management company. This year we will complete projects throughout the southeast United States ranging from large-scale manufacturing, office buildings, government and education facilities, restaurant & retail spaces, apartment complexes, and water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades.
We are seeking a Superintendent to help with managing the day to operations of our construction business.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the position will be:
- Day to day contact with Owner(s) to ensure satisfaction.
- Management of all aspects of construction sites.
- Employee oversight.
- Safety oversight.
- Scheduling.
- Quality control.
Qualifications:
Dynamic, professional leader with
- Ability to create and maintain an excellent rapport and relationship with Owner.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Financial management skills and experience in developing and managing budgets.
- Ability to meet/exceed profit goals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and technological communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities; strong time management skills.
- Think logically with a common sense approach.
Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,000 to $105,000 per year (varies with experience level)
Signing Bonus: $10,000
