Job Title:                             Project Engineer

Work Location:                   Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company located at 333 Fayetteville Street, Suite 1490, Raleigh, NC 27601

Job Duties:                          Assist Project Managers in the daily operation of the construction projects. Perform weekly site visits. Assist in ensuring jobsite quality control. Assist in negotiating subcontractor and vendor pricing. Schedule coordination. Keep project documentation up to date. RFI submission. Submittal tracking. Monitor construction and financial activities.

Requirements:                   Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other closely related field

Must have experience and/or graduate coursework using AutoCad; Procore or Primavera.
