Blue House

Cooper Tacia was hired by a Coldwell Banker franchise to restore a historic home that they had purchased in Sanford, NC to use as their office. The home was approximately 7,000 square feet and was built in 1865. Work included extensive rot repair on the exterior of the property, water damage repair on the interior, slate roof repair, and historic window restoration. The existing kitchen was split into a small conference room, a break room, and a copy/mailroom. The existing carriage house was converted into office space and server storage space.
