Central Coast Complex

Cooper Tacia has been awarded a contract by Horry County, South Carolina to construct the County’s new Central Coast Complex Building.  The approximately 43,000 square foot structure will contain three courtrooms, a police station, a Clerk of Court’s office, a Tax Appraiser’s office, and a Tax Assessor’s office.  Construction started in the Fall of 2023.
