Project Details
Cooper Tacia was approached by architect Louis Cherry to construct a new restaurant he was designing near downtown Raleigh, North Carolina for Chef Scott Crawford. Jolie is the sister restaurant to Crawford and Son was also designed by Louis Cherry and constructed by Cooper Tacia. Jolie is a French bistro and is heavily influenced by Parisian architecture. Some of the features include custom cabinetry by Stephenson’s Millwork, mosaic tiling, custom trim carpentry, marble countertops, custom printed wallpaper, a rooftop deck, and an enclosed stairway leading to the deck.
