Project Details
Cooper Tacia built this new, specialized training facility for the NC Wildlife Resource Commission in Jackson Springs, NC. The project included the construction of a 21,800-SF, three-story building, featuring dormitory housing for 50-plus NCWRC trainees and instructors, specialized classrooms, physical training spaces and a tactical training room.
Through careful planning and proactive communication, we ensured a smooth process with no safety issues or construction delays, ensuring this project was delivered on time and on budget.
The new center complements the existing Samarcand Training Academy, which is the primary location for training wildlife law enforcement officers. It will enhance and improve the officer’s training, capabilities and experience.
NCWRC protects and conserves our state’s wildlife, habitats and natural resources, and all of us at Cooper Tacia are proud to have been part of this important project.
