Northampton Office

Cooper Tacia was contracted to design and construct a 3,480 square foot office/administration building for a manufacturing facility in Northampton County, NC. The building was constructed on a slab foundation and was stick framed. In total, it contained 10 offices, a large break room, two conference rooms, and bathroom facilities. The schedule was a primary concern for the Owner and we were able to start and finish the building in an impressive 102 calendar days.
