Biltmore Hills Community Center

Cooper Tacia was contracted by the City of Raleigh to complete the renovation of a 15,850 square foot community center.  Key features were an all-new HVAC system, new locker rooms, new front entrance addition, and all new wastewater plumbing. 

The timeline for this project was aggressive and very important for the City.  It had to be open for basketball season and summer camp activities as there were no alternative venues to host these programs.  In order to maintain schedule, Cooper Tacia met twice weekly, once with its own project management and construction team, and once with subcontractors to ensure the schedule was met.
