Project Details
Cooper Tacia completed the renovation of this 15,850-SF community center for the City of Raleigh Parks & Recreation Department. Key features included a new HVAC system, locker rooms, a welcoming front entrance addition and new wastewater plumbing.
The timeline for this project was aggressive and important to the City. The center had to be open for basketball season and summer camp activities as there were no alternative venues to host these programs.
To meet these schedule demands, Cooper Tacia met twice weekly, once with its own project management and construction team, and once with subcontractors to ensure the schedule was successfully met.
