Cooper Tacia was approached by Tyler Helikson and Matt Whitley of Happy and Hale to upfit their first brick and mortar space on Fayetteville Street. Andy Osterlund and his staff did all of the design work and were a great team to work with. The space is located in City Square on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh. The entire square sits on top of an underground three-story parking deck. Getting utilities to the space was a little challenging and we learned a lot… trying to core drill through three feet of concrete while working above parked cars was interesting.
We are now parking lot coordination experts!
