Project Details
Cooper Tacia was hired to construct an electrical substation at a manufacturing facility in Roanoke Rapids, NC. The work included a concrete and masonry building.
The contract consisted of the construction of a 6,000 sf single-story office building that I designed, a 4,000 sf upfit inside of a pre-engineered metal maintenance building, and a 10,000 sf upfit inside the main manufacturing building. We also designed the admin building.
